The textures and sounds of this album were dreamed and recorded as the soundtrack of my life. The call to search within has always echoed to me and I had to learn how to listen. This album became my musical journey into discovering the true Self.

One thing I'm certain of, is that this journey exists for everyone and I believe this path leads to the practice of awakening to each moment, and to having self reflection. I hope that the notes within this music take the listener on a journey into hearing the sounds of hope, perseverance and love.

There are countless musician's that have inspired me and here is a short list of some of them: Alice Coltrane, J-Dilla, Thundercat, Dark Leaf, Prefuse 73, Don Cherry, Billy Higgins, Al McKibbon, Wayne Shorter, Joe Zawinul, Dabrye, PeteRock, Bonobo, Swiss Beatz, Bob Dylan, Dr Dre, The Beatles, FlyLo and Miguel Atwood Ferguson.

This album was recorded in Los Angeles, New York and Joshua Tree and was released on Earth Day (April 22) 2020 worldwide on JDC records.
